How long have you been practicing yoga? How long have you been teaching?

Practicing 5 years, officially teaching since November 2022

What brought you to your first yoga class/experience? And what kept you going back?

I wanted to strengthen my body initially, but the change in my self confidence and over all well being keeps me coming back for more.

What inspired you to become a yoga teacher?

I wanted to share yoga with others because it truly changed my life and I have always wanted to help others become their best selves.

Describe how yoga has helped you live better, and how you think your teaching can help others live better.

Yoga has given me skills in my every day life- it helps me to keep calm and steady during hard times, and yoga has helped me to learn to love myself during those hard times too. I hope to help others learn these skills so they can take their yoga off the mat!

Tell us a little more about yourself. Do you work outside of teaching yoga? What do you enjoy about your job?

I am also a server, and I enjoy serving others and being kind as much as I do while teaching yoga!

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?

Recently, I’ve really enjoyed reading in my free time. Fantasy, adventure, fiction specifically. I also enjoy camping, hiking and baking.

Any fun or interesting facts about you that you want to share?

I taught my first yoga class with 2 minutes notice before hand, and after that I knew I wanted to teach yoga for the rest of my life.
