New Student Workshop

These monthly workshops are open to anyone who is currently on a New Student Pass or within one month of their New Student Pass expiring.

These will be very limited space workshops offered to any new student interested in learning the fundamentals of yoga in a small group setting. In these workshops we will focus on general and specific alignment of commonly taught yoga postures, work systematically through the Sun Salutation series to prepare students for our Level 2 and Level 3 classes, and personally address questions that you've been holding back in a larger group setting.

In order to provide individualized attention to the participants in these workshops, each workshop is limited to 6 participants.
