Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. Join Laura E-RYT for this special 3-week series to help you get through the holiday season feeling energized and refreshed, and ready to take on whatever the holidays have in store for you!
Chair Yoga is for people:
- with limited range of motion
- recovering from injury or surgery (must be released by doctor)
- who need assistance balancing
- beginning to introduce exercise
- who are new to yoga
Monday sessions are Chair Yoga Level 1- class will be seated and standing only.
Mondays will meet 12/2, 12/9, & 12/16 from 1:30-2:30pm
Thursday sessions are Chair Yoga Level 2- class will include seated and standing, as well as floor work.
Thursdays will meet 12/5, 12/12, & 12/19 from 1:30-2:30pm
