Inner Spring P.E. is a constantly varied full body workout that includes mobility, balance, strength and cardio training- all in 30 minutes. The class is for all levels and includes non-stop movement designed to compliment yoga. Don’t worry, there are no dodge ball drills!! We’ll utilize resistance bands, yoga blocks, traditional and unconventional calisthenics to ensure a safe, fun, and effective workout.
