Join Taylor Outram, RYT and treat yourself, friend and/or partner to this sweet self-love workshop.
Your evening will begin with a gentle hatha yoga flow and short restorative practice followed by a guided meditation and journaling time focused on self love.
The workshop will end with some sweet locally provided treats!

If you are attending, please wear layers of comfortable clothing so you can stay cooler during your practice and warmer during meditation. Bring your own mat and props if you have them, but the studio will provide those as needed. If you have your own journal and a favorite writing tool, you can bring that with you as well. Pens and paper will be provided as needed.
