Join Carrie Klaus, ERYT 500 for this special Yoga with Weights Series.
In this 6 weeks series of classes we will utilized light hand weights and ankle weights in the traditional hatha yoga postures to help build strength and stability while you practice.
Two classes offered every Tuesday, beginning February 18th, for 6 weeks.
First class offered at 11am, second class offered at 6pm.
This class is perfect for:
those with hypermobility who need additional stability to protect their joints
those who are experiencing muscle mass reduction due to aging
those looking to strengthen their bones with the addition of weighted resistance
anyone looking to add more resistance to their hatha yoga practice
Each 45-minute class will consists of a warm up, active hatha yoga postures with weights, and a cool down stretch and relaxation.
Class begins 11am on Tuesday, February 18th. The last class is at 6pm Tuesday, March 25th.
REMEMBER: There is an 11am and 6pm option each Tuesday during the series.
