All materials are available thru May 31, but it is generally recommended that you complete the 14 day cleanse by early to mid April.

This 2 week program includes daily yoga, meditation, and/or contemplation/journaling practice. Week one is a preparatory week, week 2 will consist of a 5 day Ayurvedic mono-diet kitchari cleanse followed by two days of reintegration.
