In Ayurveda, summer is pitta season. Pitta’s hot, sharp and fiery qualities accumulate in the summer, and without proper attention can leave us feeling out of balance and burned out.
In this mini workshop we’ll use the wisdom of ayurveda and yoga to learn how to keep those qualities balanced. Yoga asana, pranayama (breathing practice), and lifestyle practices will all be explored.
