Pitta-Vata Transition Practice

Slowly release summer while building support for fall and avoid the storm!!

It will be handy to have two blocks and a blanket for this practice. The full practice is 39 minutes with a very brief savasana. I encourage you, if you have time, to pause the video when we get to savasana, set a timer, and stay for at least 10 minutes in rest!
