Join us for this 4 part series with Dr. Jessica Gradel, looking at the balance between the stability and mobility needed for functional movement of the joints at any age, and address common, unhealthy joint movements specific to yoga practice.
Each class will feature breakout sessions to evaluate movement and give helpful insight on the types of activities and exercises you can do to improve your movement patterns and joint health.
Session 1 (August 2) will focus on discovering the anatomy of what makes healthy joints and identify problem areas with movement screens.
Session 2 (August 9) will take a closer look at the upper back, neck and shoulder complex to improve shoulder health and mobility.
Session 3 (August 16) will move down to the lower back and hip complex, a common area of dysfunction as we age.
Session 4 (August 23) will conclude with looking at the foot and knees that are the foundation of movement.
Attend individual sessions, or save by attending all 4!
Investment: $30/session or register for all 4 session for $100 (Early Bird: Register for full series by Friday July 19 and pay just $85)
