Chair Yoga: New Year Live-Stream Series

SERIES STARTS JANUARY 4TH

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting in a chair or standing using a chair for support. Join Laura E-RYT for our New Year winter series to learn how to practice this supportive variation of yoga.

**This is a Live Stream only class. Once you register for the class, Laura will send you email instructions for how to access the class on Zoom.

If you cannot attend the class live you will still receive a recording of the class to watch at your convenience. Class recordings will be available for 4 days.

Chair Yoga is beneficial for people…

  • with limited range of motion

  • who are recovering from injury or surgery (must be released by doctor)

  • who need assistance balancing

  • who are beginning to introduce exercise

  • who are new to yoga

  • who have low back pain

  • who have chronic knee pain

  • with Fibromyalgia

  • with Arthritis

Chair Yoga Level 1 - Mondays 

1:30 PM to 2:30 PM  6 weeks - $45

January 4 to February 8

*Level 1 begins seated moves to standing and ends seated

Chair Yoga Level 2 - Thursdays

1:30 PM to 2:30 PM  6 weeks - $45

January 7 to February 11   

*Level 2 begins seated moves to standing and ends with floor work
