This 4 part series is to introduce new students to yoga, and allow seasoned students to brush up on the basics.
Four sessions will be: Mondays, Jan 4, 11, 18, & 25 from 5:30PM-7:00PM
We will cover a brief history and introduction to the philosophy of yoga, discover the basics of breath, discuss the benefits of yoga, and of course, review the most common postures.

**This workshop is offered both in person and on-line via Zoom. In-person space is limited to just 7 people, so register early if you plan to attend in person
