Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting in a chair or standing using a chair for support. Join Laura E-RYT for our 5-week Summer series to learn how to practice this supportive variation of yoga.
**This session will continue to be a Live Stream only class. Once you register for the class, Laura will send you email instructions for how to access the class on Zoom.
If you cannot attend the class live you will still receive a link to access the class to watch at your convenience.
Chair Yoga is for people:
- with limited range of motion
- recovering from injury or surgery (must be released by doctor)
- who need assistance balancing
- beginning to introduce exercise
- who are new to yoga
Monday sessions are Chair Yoga Level 1- class will be seated and standing only.
*Monday session will meet for 5 weeks- 6/29, 7/6, 7/13, 7/20, 7/27
Thursday sessions are Chair Yoga Level 2- class will include seated and standing, as well as floor work.
*Thursday session will meet for 5 weeks- 7/2, 7/9, 7/16, 7/23, 7/30
