Self myofascial release is a self massage technique that can help increase range of motion, reduce pain, increase body awareness (proprioception), and increase coordination, making it a perfect compliment to your yoga practice.
This class will take place the last Friday of every month from 11:00am - 12:30pm. This is included for auto-debit & 8-class package members:
- 10 class pass holders it will deduct a class from your pass
- All others it will cost the same as a regular class drop in.
