Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting in a chair or standing using a chair for support. Start your summer off feeling energized and refreshed, and join Laura E-RYT and the Element Yoga community to learn more about how to practice this supportive variation of yoga.

who are recovering from injury or surgery (must be released by doctor)
who need assistance balancing
who are beginning to introduce exercise

who have low back pain
who have chronic knee pain
who have poor posture
with Osteopenia or Osteoporosis
with Fibromyalgia

Chair Yoga Level 1 - Wednesdays
*Virtual & In-Person Options Available (w/4 day recording)
Level 1: Seated and standing only.
1:30 PM to 2:30 PM 5 weeks - $48
June 1 to July 6 - **no class on June 8
*Choose this class if you need all seated and instructions will be given.
Chair Yoga Level 2 - Fridays
*Virtual & In-Person Options Available (w/4 day recording)
Level 2: Seated, standing then moves to the floor.
1:30 PM to 2:30 PM 5 weeks - $48
June 3 to July 8 - **no class on July 1
*Choose this class if you want to learn to transition from standing to the floor safely and with more ease.
